Refund Policy
If a Hellowabi purchase isn't right for you, write to us within 30 days of your order and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no explanation required.
Books and digital field guides are delivered instantly by email. Because the files stay with you, refunds are granted on trust: tell us it wasn't useful and the money comes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Vintage pieces are one-of-one and sold as described, with any wear noted in the listing. If an item arrives damaged or differs from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a return and full refund, including return shipping. Otherwise, returns are accepted within 30 days in original condition, with return shipping paid by the buyer.
Email hello@hellowabi.store with the email address used at checkout and your order number. We reply within two business days.
Orders that haven't shipped can be cancelled at any time for a full refund. Digital orders can be cancelled up until the download link is opened, and after that the refund promise above applies.
